Mane and tail commissions for open pony or unrigged

- Make sure you have a description of what you want or picture references ready.
- Long manes will always be rigged unless they're an up-do then unrigged will be considered.
- Short manes will be unrigged unless rigged is request.
- Tails will always be rigged.
- Complexity of the hair may increase the base price.
- Small hair accessories are included for free unless complex then it will have an extra fee

Terms of Service

- Prices are subject to change on demand.
- I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with doing for any reason.1.Privacy
- I use a public trello for keeping track of commissions
- If you'd like your identity to be kept private I will request a fake name to place in the trello so I can keep track of your commission
- If you'd like your commission to be kept private, inform me so I wont post references or descriptions in the trello
- I will not engage in drama involved with private parties nor will it keep me from doing business with others
- I'm unbiased and will do business with whoever unless given a reason to not do so at which point you will be blacklisted2. Payment
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront or 50/50.
- Payment is done through Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp or Linden.
- Prices are in USD$.3. Process & Delivery
- I will discuss the project with you before any work begins.
- Payment discussion will occur soon after.
- After payment, I will create a rough WIP, you will be asked to approve of before I continue working.
- After the first approved WIP, I will return to ask if you have any changes you'd like to make during each step.
- The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 2 days - 1 Month depending on complexity. I will notify you if there are any time changes (health, unforeseen events, other work, etc.).
- Once I've finished, you will receive the finished product. Note that there is no physical product given if the payment plan has not been paid in full.4. Copyright/Usage Policy
- All work is owned and all rights are reserved by myself, the creator and artist of the work, until all payments are completely processed and authorized. Until all funds are released, commercial use is not authorized. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Post a screenshot of the work I make for you on other social media.The buyer is allowed to:
-Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (You can NOT upload it anywhere else or modify any related source material to the commission without prior agreement from myself, the artist and creator.)The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the final Mesh commercially by making money off it in any way, shape, or form without paying a fee
- Claiming the Meshwork as your own.
- Tracing, editing, or modifying said artwork and then subsequently claiming it as yours.
- I reserve the full rights to the Mesh and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon together.5. Commercial Use Policy
The rights for non-personal use, commercial use can be bought.
- The price will be 150% original cost. This is to make up for any financial loss
- The buyer can use it for financial gain once commercial rights are purchased.
- I, the artist, cannot use said artwork for my own financial gain.
- Failure to comply with any of these terms will leave the buyer exempt from all previously stated rights to the artwork commissioned by me, the artist, and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit.6. Political or Religious
- I refuse to create any Real world Political or religious symbols. (with exception, I.E. A cross from a vampire-esk video game, etc.)
- I refuse to create any Real world hate symbols.
- Fantasy Movies, Shows or Games memorabilia is allowed (Examples: Star wars, Pokemon, FairyTail, etc)
- If I find that the requested commission is intended to be used as a hate or religious symbol during production, I reserve the right to immediately cancel the commission without refund.
